Solid stay with comfy beds
Had a chill time here. The staff were really nice, super helpful. The room was cozy, and man, the bed was like a cloud! Breakfast was just okay—few things were missing and took a while to get the bread. Loved the bar area for a late-night snack, though! a good place for a quick stay.

A solid budget hotel, very clean and with spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, although breakfast could have been better. It's located in a quiet area, but the surrounding environment felt a bit unsafe at times. a good choice for a short stay.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
My family and I had a lovely one-night stay where the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very accommodating, especially during breakfast, where we enjoyed a nice variety, including vegetarian options. A minor improvement could be having more choices for evening meals, as the options were quite limited.

excellent city access with nearby parks and landmarks
this stay was perfect for exploring city's charm, with gorton reservoirs just 500 meters away and a quick stroll to sunny brow park, allowing me to fully enjoy the city vibe and its greens. the staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay pleasant, making me feel right at home while I enjoyed my city adventures. it's worth noting that while my room was comfortable, more light would have made getting ready a bit easier.

The room was spacious and clean, far exceeding the size of many others I’ve encountered. The hot breakfast included a variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. the lack of air conditioning in common areas made for an uncomfortable environment during warmer weather. Some staff interactions were less than friendly of what could have been a fantastic stay.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
I had a pleasant stay with a warm, modern room and friendly staff always ready to help. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious options that set me up for the day. I think the room could have used a few more tea and coffee supplies to enhance the experience.

I had a good experience during my recent stay. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and clean surroundings. I really appreciated the free parking. it made my life much easier. The staff greeted me warmly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast provided a variety of options, although I found the choice to be somewhat limited at times. The hot buffet could use better quality ingredients. I liked having the microwave available in the reception area, handy for warming up food. I haven't seen that in many hotels before. I was disappointed to find that no food was available at the hotel on Saturdays. It would have been great to have access to a restaurant or at least late-night snacks. This could be a major downside for families or anyone coming back late.

Clean and comfortable room, but the area felt a bit unsafe at night.

The quick access to the nearby motorway makes it a breeze for travelers looking to explore. With ample free parking available on site, there's no hassle when returning after a day out.
Room temperature control left a lot to be desired. the heater struggled amidst chilly drafts, making it uncomfortable at times. I noticed the shower lacked sufficient pressure, which made for a frustrating morning routine. Noise from adjacent rooms seeped in during the night, interrupting my sleep. Breakfast options felt limited, with some dishes not appealing or lacking freshness, which could use improvement to better meet expectations. while the amenities serve their purpose, they could benefit from some general updates and maintenance.

More tea and coffee supplies would be helpful.

the staff were super friendly and helped us sooo much when we were there for family reasons. the rooms were always clean and had enough towels and stuff every day. breakfast was delicious with good options. the lounge and bar area was chill and cozy to hang out in. highly recommend this hotel!
the pillows in the room were hard and uncomfortable. also, the sink in our room was draining slowly some times.

Noise levels fluctuate. the first night was particularly disruptive, making sleep a challenge, but it improved on the second night. The heater in the room is a relic from the past—small and ineffective for winter, which can be a concern if you arrive during colder months. you'll want to pack well for that. The bed comfort varies too. some describe them as way too hard, while others experience pillows that don’t offer the support they need. Breakfast options are limited. vegetarians might find it lacking. Plus, pricing feels steep considering the absence of typical amenities like a swimming pool, which you'd expect at comparable establishments.
